- Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager)
- Officer Scale-II (General Banking Officer)
- Officer Scale-II (Specialist Officer) – IT, Chartered Accountant, Law, Treasury, Marketing, Agriculture
- Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager)
Educational Qualification
- Office Assistant: Graduate in any subject, knowledge of local language mandatory.
- Officer Scale-I: Graduate in any subject. Preference: Agriculture, IT, Law, Management etc.
- Officer Scale-II (GBO): Graduate with 50% marks + 2 years experience in Bank/Financial Institution.
- Officer Scale-II (Specialist): Graduate/Degree in relevant subject + 1-2 years experience.
- Officer Scale-III: Graduate with 50% marks + 5 years banking experience.
Age Limit (as on 01.09.2025)
- Office Assistant: 18 – 28 years
- Officer Scale-I: 18 – 30 years
- Officer Scale-II: 21 – 32 years
- Officer Scale-III: 21 – 40 years
- Age Relaxation as per Govt. rules

Selection Process
- Office Assistant & Officer Scale-I: Prelims + Mains (Interview only for Officer Scale-I)
